Use of Welcos
Welcos is provided for approved members, nutrition club operators, and organization teams. Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for providing accurate information in the app.
Member Accounts
Member accounts may be created by approved nutrition club operators based on information shared by the member. Members must review and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy when they first sign in before continuing to use the service.
Consent and Data Use
By using Welcos, users agree that Welcos may store and use account, contact, family, membership, attendance, payment, wellness, body checkup, photo, device, notification, security, and audit records as described in the Privacy Policy. If a user does not agree, they should not continue using the service.
Role-Based Access
Features may vary by account type. Operators, organization heads, and admins may access additional records needed to manage memberships, attendance, approvals, progress programs, and club operations.
Offline Services and Payments
Welcos may record payments and service activity for physical or offline nutrition club services. These records are for operational tracking and do not represent the sale of digital content inside the app.
Wellness Information
Body checkup and progress information, including values such as height, weight, body fat percentage, BMA, BMI, BMR, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat percentage, muscle mass, and related progress history, is for wellness tracking only. Welcos does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Family and Dependent Records
Users may access or manage family and dependent profiles where the app allows it. Family records may include names, relationships, gender, date of birth, phone numbers, photos, approval status, and wellness records. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and for having appropriate permission to share family or dependent information.
