How Accounts Are Created
Welcos does not offer public self-registration. Approved nutrition club operators may create member accounts using information shared by the member, and members must accept the current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy when they first sign in.
Information We Collect
- Account and identity details such as name, phone number, email address, gender, date of birth when required, profile details, associate ID, sponsor, downline, organization, nutrition club, role, and account status.
- Family and dependent records such as spouse, husband, wife, child, parent, or other dependent names, relationship labels, gender, date of birth, family phone numbers, profile photos, approval status, and active profile selection.
- Membership and nutrition club records such as membership plan, membership status, club assignment, attendance, QR scans, coupon, compliment, trial, retail, sponsor/helper, payment amount, payment method, payment status, manager assignment, and approval history.
- Wellness and body checkup records such as checkup date, first health analysis date, height, weight, body fat percentage, BMA, BMI, BMR, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat percentage, muscle mass, and progress history.
- Marathon, challenge, and program records such as team, buddy, eligibility, daily wellness task status, day or lap weight entries, weight proof photos, captain approvals, reviewer decisions, reminders, and rankings where applicable.
- Photos and uploads selected or captured by users, operators, or admins, including profile photos, couple or household photos, family/dependent photos, attendance proof, weight proof, payment or retail proof, conversion proof, nutrition club images, and organization logos.
- Device, notification, security, and audit data such as app-generated device IDs, push notification tokens, platform, language preference, sign-in/session records, security logs, audit records, accepted legal version, accepted time, accepted platform, IP address, and user agent.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate accounts, operate role-based app features, manage club services, record attendance and progress, process approvals, deliver notifications, run marathon or wellness programs, maintain body checkup history, calculate progress, provide support, protect the service, investigate misuse, maintain accurate member records, and comply with legal or audit obligations.
Role-Based Access and Sharing
Relevant member and club records may be visible to approved operators, sponsors, organization heads, or administrators based on their role and responsibilities. For example, an operator may need attendance, membership, payment, and body checkup records for club operations, while an organization head or admin may need records for approvals, support, compliance, and reporting.
We may use service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, email, support, security, and push notifications. We do not sell personal information or use it to track users across other companies' apps or websites.
Wellness Records
Wellness and body checkup information is provided for personal tracking, wellness program participation, and club program operations only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult a qualified medical professional before making health decisions.
Retention
Welcos keeps records while an account is active and as needed for membership history, wellness history, approvals, audits, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate operational purposes. Some historical records may remain after deletion where retention is required or justified for these reasons.
Account Deletion
Signed-in users can request account deletion inside the app from Settings. Deletion removes the account and associated personal records unless retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate operational reasons.
